November Showroom Lockdown

Following the announcement from Boris Johnson at the weekend, we wanted to let you know that Davonport will remain open for business and will continue making our handmade bespoke furniture at full capacity during the national lockdown.

From Thursday 5th November our Colchester showroom and partner showrooms across the south will temporarily close as per the guidelines for non-essential retailers. However, our design team, office staff and workshop will be operational throughout, and will be available to discuss and progress your project requirements via telephone or video calls.

If you already have a project in progress with us, please be assured that we will continue to prioritise your furniture within the timescales that have been agreed, and your Davonport designer will be in touch at regular intervals to keep you updated.

Over the coming days and weeks, we will continue to monitor and adapt our processes and procedures in line with official Government advice, whilst also proactively working with our team to manage the risk and continuity of our workforce. Should any of these changes affect your project we will communicate these to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, please contact your Davonport designer if you have any questions.
